Project description:

The Metropolitan Municipality of Erzurum has received a grant from the KfW Entwicklungsbank within the financial cooperation between Germany and Turkey for the implementation of the "Investment Project Solid Waste Management, Metropolitan Municipality of Erzurum, Turkey". Within the framework of the consulting contract for Project Implementation the Consortium ERM GmbH / TEMPO has been engaged for the consultancy services for the preparation of the procurement and the start up of operation of the Healthcare Waste Treatment Facility - Sterilization Plant.

The role of the Subcontractor ETLog Health EnviroTech & Logistics GmbH in the context of this project is to perform the services for the procurement of the healthcare facility.

Services provided by ETLog Health EnviroTech & Logistics:

  • Preparation of Tender document for procurement of hospital waste sterilization plant and related mobile and immobile equipment (technical part, technical input for contract, preparation of confidential cost estimation, support related to clarification and harmonization of tender document before announcement, preparation of evaluation grid/evaluation criteria;
  • Assistance during tender procedure;
  • Clarification of technical questions during tender procedure;
  • Assistance during tender evaluation;
  • Assistance during contract negotiation (at least partly together with an expert of ERM);
  • Participation in the implementation phase: start up and certificate of acceptance (clarification of interfaces during manufacturing, supply installation, assistance during commissioning and training to be provided by the supplier);
